Cancellation Policy

If guest wishes to cancel his/her reservation, the Security/Damage Deposit and Total Rental Amount will be refunded
as follows: If canceled more than 60 days prior to the Check-in-date, 0% refund of Security/Damage Deposit, and
100% refund of the Rental Amount. If canceled 60 or less days of the Check-in-date, 0% of the security/Damage
Deposit and 0% of the Total Rental Amount will be refunded.

Deposit Policy

The Security/Damage Deposit will be held in the Property Manager's holding account. It is the obligation of the Tenant
to surrender the Rental Property in good clean condition by the time specified, except for reasonable wear and tear.
Tenant shall pay for any damage to the Rental Property caused during his/her possession or for any cleaning
required by Tenant's failure to leave the Rental Property in a clean condition.
